[6475] Delivery of TOPFAS Training

Clearance Required: NATO Secret
Location: Oeiras, Lisbon, Portugal

Requirements
• Valid NATO SECRET security clearance, issued by the National Security Organisation, valid at bid submission and throughout the contract.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to read and write technical and user documentation.
• Advanced knowledge of the current TOPFAS version, including TOPFAS OMT, OPT, SAT, CAT and TWP.
• TOPFAS Trainer qualification for SAT, OPT and CAT, with in-depth experience delivering TOPFAS courses.
• Minimum 3 years' experience delivering TOPFAS User Courses (OPT, SAT and CAT).
• Minimum 3 years' experience updating and creating training content.
• Advanced knowledge of word processing and graphics presentation tools.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets, email clients and web browsers.
• Working knowledge of videoconferencing tools and Learning Management Systems.
• In-depth knowledge and experience of NATO doctrine and standards relevant to Operations Planning.
• Knowledge and experience of the NATO Command Structure and NATO Force Structure.
• Minimum 3 years' experience developing technical documentation, training materials and instructional aids.
• Minimum 3 years' experience working in an international environment with military and civilian personnel.

Desirable Experience and Qualifications:
• Knowledge and experience working with the NCI Agency.
• Knowledge and experience working with the NCI Academy.
• NATO CIS Technical Instructor qualification or equivalent.
• Experience delivering live online courses.
• Knowledge and experience of other NATO C2 and Functional Services, such as INTEL FS, LOGFAS, NCOP and AIRC2IS.
• Knowledge of modern educational technologies, such as electronic whiteboards and training videos, and authoring tools.

Language Requirements:
• NATO STANAG 6001 English proficiency: Listening Level 3, Speaking Level 2, Reading Level 3 and Writing Level 2.
• Alternatively, CEFR English proficiency at B2–C1 (Upper Intermediate–Advanced).
